The problem Vince solves

1. Problem - Community governance is hard. Hard to manage, hard to keep track of, hard to rally support for.

2. Solution Vince - Vince is a bot that convinces your community members to deposit into a vault that earns yield while it pays out for investments, loans, and grants. They take a questionnaire on the investment, political, and other opinions of users and suggests community initiatives they can stake to. Vince automatically updates the communities target allocation profile based on every new user and deploys more capital once sufficient deposits are earning yield.

3. User Flow / System Diagram

   1. Community member messages with Vince in website/telegram/discord/etc.
   2. Member deposits WBTC into community vault through Vince. Vince records their personality questionnaire and preferences for where they want funds allocated.
   3. WBTC goes into xWBTC (token and name set per community). xWBTC deposits WBTC into AAVE starts earning yield
   4. Vince decides the community should allocate more. Vince calls xWBTC and tells it to borrow USDC and deposit into an ERC4626 vault for yield farming, impact certs for a community project, or investments.
   5. Members can withdraw anytime

4. Simplifying Community

      1. Vince also helps with onboarding each and every community member, getting to know them personally and help them get the most out of the community.

      1. Vince can propose a multisig, or even decide unilaterally, to issue funds to vaults on the communities behalf. No more arduous governance processes.
   3. Automatic Voting
      1. You dont have to watch for all the latest proposals and have your signer wallet ready. After your preferences are provided in your initial answers to Vince, they are always factored into future decisions with everyone else.
