Challenges I ran into

Challenges I Ran Into

While building VibeVerse, one major challenge was connecting the 3D room builder to the Scroll mainnet smart contract. Rendering interactive rooms with Three.js was smooth, but integrating Wagmi.js for wallet connection and NFT minting caused issues with transactions not confirming or metadata not updating immediately.

To overcome this,

Debugged Wagmi hooks to ensure proper wallet connection and transaction state handling.

Added asynchronous fetching of NFT metadata after minting so the 3D room always reflected the on-chain NFT.

Optimized 3D room performance by reducing object complexity and using lazy loading in Three.js to prevent browser lag.

These solutions allowed VibeVerse to run smoothly on Scroll mainnet, giving users a seamless experience while building, minting, and exploring vibe rooms.
