The problem VaultGuard solves

VaultGuard lets DAOs and remote-first teams run payroll without leaking balances or allocations.

  • Treasury reporters upload ciphertext balances via Fhenix CoFHE, so strategy and runway stay private.
  • Employers configure drip streams for recipients to withdraw pro-rata at any time with shielded settlements through a Zcash bridge.
  • The auditor-friendly commitment logs prove every payout happened without revealing who got paid or how much.

Challenges I ran into

  • Migrating from hand-rolled FHE helpers to the official Fhenix library, especially on Helium testnet-- eventually migrated to ETH Sepolia using the cofhe library.

  • Wiring the React dashboard to encrypted data: handling private vs hint views, loading states, and contract writes through wagmi.
