1. Technological Problems
   NLP Issues: Legal terms and wording of the question are of extreme complexity. Different words are used in a different variation of the query by a user. Thus, this chatbot has to perceive the intent behind it.
   Integration: Accessing those existing databases or tools regarding document management would be hard.
   Data Security: Most sensitive legal information would call for maximum safety from penetration. Moreover, regulatory GDPR requirements also have to be fulfilled.

2. Hurdles on the Usability Side
   User Acceptance: Legal users will certainly not rely on AI-generated legal advice. Therefore the trust to be ensured with correct and reliable response.
   Accessibility: Users, equipped with various types of digital literacies and various impairments, may not be in a position to access the chatbot interface. Thereby an alternative access mechanism also needs to be provided.
   Complex Query: They can raise their legal-linked complex queries with which even the AI's capability is in question and the appropriate reply cannot be obtained.
