Challenges we ran into
While building VaidyaMitra, we encountered hurdles, particularly during the implementation of video chat and deployment. Integrating real-time video communication required overcoming technical complexities, such as ensuring low latency, high-quality streaming, and compatibility across devices. Creating a safe public database for the emergency feature was also a challenge as it posed a security risk.
However, these challenges taught us valuable lessons in resilience, innovation, and the importance of a user-first approach.
