A blockchain based web app that can be used by hospitals to take records of patient data and when they got vaccinated.

The problem VACCINE CHAIN solves

We have seen that data is getting misplaced in hospitals. Especially the data of people getting vaccinated. Government is using the CoWin app but it still lacks a lot, if we compare it with the situation that we are in.

Challenges I ran into

I have never built anything on blockchain, so I have to learn and apply the concept at the same time.
Some code may throw an error if I mess up.
