The problem HANDOUT solves

The unbalance in the availability of food and wastage of food in the society –
The surplus of food left over, as the exact number of serves can never be predicted accurately in function halls, restaurants, educational institutions, catering services and other places where food is produced on a large scale.
On the other hand, the shortage of food in orphanage, old age homes, physically or mentally challenged homes.

Challenges we ran into

We started building this project, right from the basic idea development and the presentation, till coding and video making - only when the hacking hours began. So, time was the biggest challenge for us. As MIT app inventor is used, there is no code, but only blocks for our project. So, we are using our github link just for submitting.
