The problem UX PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM solves
Our project will manage the increasing number of user interactions by providing them with a customer service chatbot and the main aim is to create a recommendation system that will guide the customer accordingly through the website based on his/her choices regarding the product. In this project machine learning will enable the company to automate routine and design-related tasks in an efficient manner.
Challenges we ran into
The main challenge we faced was regarding the problem statement we had two approaches one was to build a recommendation system for users that will give recommendations based on their behavior. And the second approach was to make a recommendation system for the company to give them insights about the Improvement of Ux in their website based on the user's behaviors.
After this next milestone was to complete the deployment of the website under limited time constraints.
