Through innovative features like real-time updates, interactive maps, and a deep learning-based chatbot, Urban Seva fosters transparent communication and efficient issue resolution. Engaging citizens through a gamified point system and providing government officials with advanced analytics, our app is a comprehensive tool that promotes civic participation and enhances the overall urban living experience.
