A website for entrepreneurs and students to post their startups or demo projects on to get funding opportunities from investors and community creating a bridge between academia and startup ecosystem.
The problem UProVen- University Project Venture solves
People can use it for increasing their startups' visibility.
Investors, funders and people wouldn't have a hard time approaching each other and it would make the whole process a lot easier.
It would ensure a chance so that good projects don't get overlooked.
Its bridging the gap between potential startup ideas and helping shape them into reality as well as supporting innovation and entrepreneurship amongst young minds.
Its specifically targetted at a younger audience especially the university students so as to avail them opportunities that aren't so easy for beginners including networking, funding resource allocation and strong community guidance and support.
Challenges we ran into
smtp aunthetication error-
google doesn't directly connect flask with gmail so we got help from the internet
sql error-
primary key error-
automatic incrementation
fixed it
We ran into a bug for the main page template as we couldn't hyperlink some of the files. It wouldn't show, we discovered different names in our devices and changing that resolved the issue.
