This is a website by which a user can get a unique ID which is like a Adhaar Card in which the past health record of that patient is stored. This data is stored in blockchain which generates unique QR code that the patient or hospitals can use to show or use it to get the details of all past health checkup history of that person. This information will help the government to take the right actions at the right time to handle the spread of communicable diseases.
The lack of a centralized database is a concern for all concerned authorities to tackle the spread of communicable diseases. As a system we need to develop a mechanism that would involve doctors, patients, pharmacists and medical labs. Whenever a patient is visiting a doctor his record will be stored with prescriptions so that next time when he visits he can get all details.
