The problem TruthLens solves
In today's digital landscape, the rapid growth of fake content generated by the deepfake technology and synthetic media has made it difficult to distinguish between real and manipulated visual content. This poses a significant threat to the credibility of online media, leading to potential misinformation, fraud, and loss of trust in digital platforms.
Challenges we ran into
Working with the Brownie framework for the first time presented some challenges, particularly when extracting metadata from YouTube using the YTDLP library. Despite initial difficulties, it was a valuable learning experience that highlighted the complexities of integrating these tools and provided insights into troubleshooting and managing such integrations effectively.
