The problem TrustED solves
This project helps simplify the process of document verification for various workflows, such as onboarding, identity verification, or any task requiring secure document submission. Users can easily upload, verify, and manage their documents, making it a faster and more reliable alternative to manual verification.
Challenges we ran into
While building this app, we faced some challenges with cross-platform compatibility, especially around handling file uploads and storage across different environments. Setting up Tailwind CSS with React posed a bit of a hurdle in ensuring consistent styling. We also encountered issues with managing line endings on Windows (CRLF vs. LF), which caused minor bugs when pushing code to GitHub. We solved these by configuring Git properly to handle line endings automatically.
