Tripper is a web app created for you and your friends. Whenever we go on a trip we face an issue called Billing, managing bills and distributing them equally is a problem. It will solve it.
The problem Tripper : Travel Bill Splitter solves
People can use it to split their travel bills among their friends easily. We can simply log in to a new trip and it will automatically generate an ID for the trip name we provided. Now ask your friends to Login with their details with the trip's ID. All transactions you will add will be saved to the database. You can track your payments easily and in a clean UI.
Challenges I ran into
I faced some bugs in my backend like data is stored in a different MongoDB document. or users are stored in all trips. It took me almost 1 day just to fix those bugs. After that, I faced an issue designing the front end because of the responsiveness issues. After all those stuff I decided to add a new feature like email means whenever one user logs in it will send him an email. It was also challenging for me as I had never done this before.
Also, the biggest problem I faced is the cors error. My backend code was hosted on Heroku. And I have used netlify to deploy my front. but after deployment whenever I was trying to do something in the front end it was showing me a cors error. it was painful solving this error.
