The problem TravelMate solves

We aim to build a product which can make travelling more personal. How often do we see reels of people visiting leh ladak and we have many questions but we can't ask them specific details? Or how often do frequent travellers think about monetising their travel experience? TravelMate aims to solve all these and more. We want travellers to be able to share their experience and time in a way that everyone involved can benefit from. From discovering people who have been to those places to booking a consultation with them, Travel Mate offers everything one needs.

Challenges we ran into

Since we had limited time, it was very hard to make everything we wanted to, but we mostly did. Other than that, architecting, making and testing a scheduler was extremely hard considering the different slots, timezones and other factors. Thinking and implementing a payment strategy was complicated as well, considering none of us have worked on a payment system which acted as a broker between two parties.
