The problem TransparencyMY solves

TransparensiMY directly tackles the profound crisis of public trust and information asymmetry in Malaysia's government spending. The existing system is a fragmented and opaque process where citizens, journalists, and even auditors must manually sift through dense, year-old PDF reports to find answers, while the risk of data manipulation in centralized systems remains a constant concern. Our platform makes this entire process radically easier and safer. For citizens, we provide a simple, intuitive dashboard to track public projects in real-time, using AI-powered summaries to make complex bureaucratic language instantly understandable. For journalists and NGOs, we transform their work from a slow, manual research task into an efficient, real-time investigation, saving them hundreds of hours. Simultaneously, we offer government bodies an easier way to prove their commitment to accountability by publishing their records to an immutable public ledger. Finally, for auditors, our platform serves as a continuous, real-time audit trail, making the task of verifying expenditures more efficient and proactive. In essence, TransparensiMY leverages the verifiable trust of the Solana blockchain and the clarity of AI to replace a broken, opaque system with a new paradigm of open, interactive, and secure public accountability for all.

Challenges we ran into

• In our code, the component's structure was obscured by the long class string making the code difficult to read and debug. To overcome this, we utilised Tailwind CSS.
• The aircond is getting too cold when it comes late night. Luckily we brings our own jacket.
