Don't hustle for organizing tiny daily transactions use Transactions On Your Tips. Believe me, It can handle all of them.
The problem Transactions On Your Tips solves
The problem of managing the short term expenses and incomes, like for say example your daily expenses. I've seen many people use Notes application to store their day-to-day expenses so in order to resolve this I developed an android application that is gonna save your all daily transactions. This application can help user to analyze its daily spending the application itself shows the basic analytics on your spendings and incomes like Average, Maximum and Minimum. This can help user to analyze its spendings and incomes. Also there is another plus point that if you want to see the transactions of let's say past 6 months then you can do in the application. I've provided 4 different filters to categories your transactions. Also for eyestrain the dark mode is added to the application and set by default but don't worry Morning risers I've provided Light Mode too you can setup in the application.
Challenges I ran into
The very first challenge I incurred is how to save the transactions in the application because I previously didn't built any application with database. So, database connectivity was one of the biggest issues of the application but then I researched and learnt from you tube that Room Library is available for android to use SQLite in android. I previously know SQL so I didn't got any issues in writing SQLite queries. Then I learnt how to connect the database and Insert, Retrieve, Delete, Update data in the database from button clicks. After this hustle I finally got the database connected to the application.
The another challenge was also related to the database. I was also saving dates along with in the transactions but the SQLite doesn't support the date datatype so I researched more and more and finally got that the SQLite stores dates as Strings internally there I got an idea I formatted the date before inserting it into the database.
These are some the challenges that I incurred during the development of the application.
