Agentic Commerce Assistant
The problem ToMe solves
We Solve Two Critical Problems:
#1:The Research Burden
Problem: Shoppers waste hours comparing products, specs, and reviews across countless tabs. Plus, it 's quite hard for them to find a best one.
Our Solution: Our assistant intelligently scours the web to deliver a curated shortlist, synthesizing reviews and highlighting the best value—so you make informed decisions in minutes, not hours.
#2:The Checkout Bottleneck
Problem: Clunky payments, forgotten passwords, and manual data entry kill conversion.
Our Solution: We enable truly seamless, one-click transactions. The assistant acts as a universal wallet, autonomously and securely completing payments across any platform.
Challenges I ran into
Key Challenges in the Current x402 Ecosystem:
Limited Provider Choice: A scarcity of reliable, AI-readable service providers beyond the official demo.
Service Instability: Many endpoints frequently return unhelpful errors, hindering development.
Immature Information: The debugging process is opaque, often relying on CDP ticket as a primary support channel. Luckly, we have community forums like Discord.

What is your product’s unique value proposition?
This breaks down into several core pillars of value:
For the Consumer: Effortless, Perfect Results.
Value: Saves time, reduces decision fatigue, and gets a better, more personalized outcome than manual searching.
Example: Instead of you spending an hour comparing 50 eBooks, you tell your agent, "Find the best book for travel under $12," and it instantly returns the single best, validated option for you.
For the Merchant/Platform: Higher-Intent, Qualified Demand.
Value: Moves beyond passive browsing to receiving specific, actionable purchase requests. An AI agent's query is a high-fidelity signal of user intent.
Example: An agent doesn't just "browse" shoes. It arrives with a query like, "Purchase 1 hotels in NYC, under $500." This is a qualified lead, ready for conversion.
Value: Uses blockchain to create a more fair and transparent commerce model where users, creators, and developers can share in the value they help create.
Example: On-Chain Purchases are recording transactions on a public ledger allows for programmable revenue sharing. A portion of the sale can automatically and transparently be distributed to, for example, an affiliate who referred the agent, a creator who inspired the purchase, or even the user themselves via a loyalty token.
The Core Technological Shift: From "Search & Browse" to "Specify & Execute."
What we build: We are not building another search engine or recommendation feed. We are building an autonomous decision-making layer that understands user goals, navigates commerce data, evaluates options based on personalized criteria, and executes the transaction on the user's behalf. In the long run, we buildfor the ecosystem: efficiency & equity .
Who is your target customer?
Our target customers are people who have wallets , digital nomads. We have tried that on telegram, it's working, we attract thousands of orders and 100k sales.
For ToMe, an AI-powered commerce venture at the intersection of digital goods and blockchain technology, the most logical, viable, and potent first target audience is Digital Residents.
Part 1: Who is the "Digital Resident"?
Web3 Natives: Developers, traders, NFT collectors, and DAO participants who already possess and use crypto wallets as a matter of course.
The Creator Economy: Digital artists, musicians, writers, and programmers who produce and sell digital assets.
Knowledge Workers and Nomads: Remote workers, consultants, and online educators whose livelihood is derived from digital services and global connectivity.
Gamers and Virtual World Inhabitants: Players who spend significant time and resources in virtual economies, purchasing skins, assets, and experiences.
Their common denominator is that they do not see digital interactions as a substitute for the "real world" but as an intrinsic and valuable part of it. Their identity, community, and assets are increasingly digital.
Part 2: The Inherent Product-Market Fit for Digital Goods and Services
Pure Digital Assets: This includes NFTs with utility (e.g., access passes, digital art), collectibles, in-game items, and tokenized assets.
AI-Generated and Curated Services: This is where the AI component shines. Services can include personalized AI shopping assistants, AI-generated art or music commissions, AI-powered market analysis reports, and smart, automated trading agents.
Access and Experiences: Exclusive access to communities, online events, mastermind groups, or premium software tools. These are services that are delivered and consumed entirely online.
Knowledge and Creativity: E-books, online courses, consulting sessions, and subscription-based content channels.
For a Digital Resident, the purchase of a digital asset or an AI service is as natural, if not more so, than buying a physical product. Their wallet is their identity and bank account, and their screen is their marketplace.
Who are your closest competitors and how are you different?
chatgpt.com. Difference are below:
-
Ecosystem: Walled Garden vs. Open Network
ChatGPT operates in a controlled ecosystem. ToMe uses an open system like x402, allowing seamless integration across platforms—Telegram, Google, Coinbase—for flexible, user-driven commerce. -
Integration: General AI vs. Commerce-First
While ChatGPT is a general-purpose AI, ToMe is built specifically for commerce, partnering natively with platforms where transactions happen (Telegram, Google, Coinbase) to enable actionable, agentic shopping. -
Value Model: Web2 Service vs. Web3 Ownership
ChatGPT is a centralized Web2 service. ToMe is Web3-native, sharing value with users and partners through on-chain rewards and transparent revenue models—turning commerce into a community-owned ecosystem.
What is your distribution strategy and why?
Multi-Channel Distribution & Ecosystem Integration
ToMe will deploy its AI shopping agents across all major digital platforms—including Telegram, Base, Line, Facebook, and Google—meeting users wherever they communicate, socialize, and search.
This ensures seamless discovery and access, turning popular platforms into direct storefronts for agentic, on-chain commerce.
Key Benefits of This Approach:
Maximum Reach: Leverages the massive, established user bases of the world's largest platforms.
Native Experience: Users can initiate and complete transactions without leaving their preferred app.
Platform-Agnostic: Our open system (x402) allows for flexible integration across diverse ecosystems.
