The problem TOK-IT solves

The project is a mobile application that focuses on solving property frauds like selling of invalid land, wrong ownership, and other scams. It focusses on providing a decentralised real estate market platform where the user can sell their real estate property securely based on the owner ID and property ID created. The role of intermediator/ broker is eliminated, and reliability and transparency are optimised through this. Once after the buyer buys the land, the ownership ID is transferred. Polygon services is used for deploying it. Since it uses the blockchain technology, it makes assure that the transaction done in the most secured way. And the availability of transaction history makes it easier. Moreover, the user can select the option if they want to sell it or for bidding or for lease.

Challenges we ran into

We came acoross a lot more hurdes while dealing with smart contract and while integrating with flutter. We seeked the help of mentors avaliable and browsed through different websites and other resources. Documentations were refered and we were able to implment some of them.
