An entrepreneur's idea is evaluated and if he/she passes the screening process his/her firm is listed in our platform.Based on the amount needed to be raised tokens are released with each token costing a basic amount such that:- basic_amount*number_of_tokens=amount_to_raise. The value of these tokens varies with change in the valuation of the startup. Any common man can register on our platform and invest in these listed startups starting with a minimal amount purchasing tokens. The token will be different for different startups. These tokens can be transferred to any other user or can be bought back by the startup as a buyback based on the valuation at that time.
