The problem Token Rush with AI Partner solves

Before the project, people struggled with understanding how to interact with blockchain features inside games. Many players found it confusing to manage wallets, convert in-game assets into real tokens, or claim blockchain rewards without needing technical knowledge.

Game developers also faced challenges in making blockchain features user-friendly and accessible to non-crypto players. Players often dropped off due to complex onboarding processes, manual steps to claim tokens, or unclear guidance.

Token Rush with AI Partner solves this by integrating an intelligent AI Agent that acts as a personal assistant. It guides players through every step of the game — from basic gameplay instructions to advanced blockchain interactions. Players can ask the AI anything: how to play, how to earn rewards, how to check the leaderboard, or how to convert coins to tokens.

The AI also automates the conversion of in-game coins into ERC20 tokens on the Base blockchain and transfers them directly to user wallets — all by simply chatting with it. This makes blockchain rewards easy, seamless, and accessible to everyone, even those with zero crypto knowledge.

Challenges I ran into

The plot twist no one saw coming…

Integrating an AI agent into a real-time Unity game while also handling blockchain interactions was more complicated than expected. One major challenge was training the AI Agent to accurately understand and guide users through blockchain-related actions, like claiming tokens, providing wallet addresses, or checking on-chain balances — all through natural language.

We also encountered technical hurdles when trying to synchronize in-game events (like coin collection) with blockchain token transfers, especially when players were not familiar with wallet interactions. Making this seamless required building a custom backend bridge, plus fallback logic for error handling when users provided invalid wallet addresses.

To overcome these challenges, we combined:

OpenAI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to train the AI assistant with game-specific knowledge,

Secure backend endpoints for AI-to-blockchain communication,

And an intuitive UX to make everything feel effortless from the player’s perspective.

This mix allowed us to create a truly intelligent in-game assistant that supports users from gameplay to on-chain token claiming — without overwhelming them with technical details.
