To-Do List App

To-Do List App

Stay organized and manage your tasks effectively!

Why are you participating for Based SEA?

I am participating in Based India to contribute to the growing Web3 ecosystem by developing a decentralized application that empowers users to manage their daily tasks effortlessly. This project aligns with the mission of Base to create user-friendly tools that enhance productivity and organization.

What challenges are you focusing on?

I am addressing the challenge of task management and organization in daily life. Many individuals struggle to keep track of their tasks, leading to stress and reduced productivity. This app will help users maintain focus and accomplish their goals effectively.

How does your submission address this challenge?

The To-Do List App provides a simple and intuitive interface for users to add, complete, and delete tasks. By allowing users to visualize their tasks in one place, they can prioritize their responsibilities and track their progress. This tool has the potential to significantly enhance users' productivity and help them achieve their daily objectives.

Challenges I ran into

One significant challenge I encountered was ensuring that the task list updates dynamically as tasks are added or removed. Initially, I faced issues with event listeners not properly triggering. To overcome this, I thoroughly debugged the code and ensured that each task's event listeners were properly attached during the task creation process.

Additional Features

During the hackathon, I implemented features such as marking tasks as completed and adding delete buttons for each task. This enhances user interaction and provides a clear overview of what tasks have been finished. Additionally, I plan to integrate local storage functionality to save the user's tasks persistently across sessions.
