When you install a new application, you are prompted to accept the Terms & Conditions or the End-Users License Agreement (EULAs) before you can start using the application. Most of us ignore these EULAs due to lack of legal knowledge & the length of the documents. But, these EULAs are legally binding and their violation can lead to severe legal implications.
Challenges we ran into
Legal Data is not easily available. Thus we had to crawl tonnes of sites, to gather enough EULAs in order to train our model. Also, rating the clauses as tricky or non-tricky was a tedious job which had to be done manually.
