The problem tifiz solves
Traditional stadium tifos and stadium entertainment are a financial burden for clubs and a logistical nightmare, offering fleeting visual impact primarily for TV but at a high ecological price.
Tifiz solves this by:
- Massively cutting costs: Eliminating expensive physical materials, making stunning displays accessible and frequent.
- Maximizing fan engagement: Transforming every fan's smartphone into a dynamic pixel
- Rewarding Fan with tokens each time they participate in impoving stadium experience.
This model will boost token fan ecosystem usage: any supporter will be able to get their first token to use it after.
Challenges we ran into
The main challenge was achieving accurate, real-time fan positioning and perspective calibration using only a smartphone's front camera. Precise pixel assignment for a stadium-wide display demands knowing each phone's exact orientation and location.
