To address these issues, TickGate introduces an innovative online ticketing management system that leverages non-fungible tokens (NFTs) as tickets. This groundbreaking solution offers users a secure and transferable means of accessing event venues while eliminating the need for physical tickets, reducing paper waste, and streamlining the ticketing process. By harnessing blockchain technology, TickGate ensures tamper-proof and transparent ticket ownership and transfer, effectively combating fraud and allowing only authorized ticket holders entry to events. Through our app, event creators can effortlessly create events, generating unique QR codes for attendees upon login using their NFT Ticket-linked wallet. Organizers can then efficiently scan these QR codes to verify ticket validity and grant access to event attendees. This revolutionizes the event registration experience, promoting security, sustainability, and convenience.
Throughout the product development, we encountered numerous challenges related to selecting the appropriate database system and integrating various tools. However, we dedicated time to learn and understand each component before integrating them.
