Challenges I ran into

What initially started as tooling for gaming studios, after we started working with some of the best in web3 such as Champions Ascension, GFAL, Aether Games and others we realized that their infra although not great was already set up and it would require significant undertaking to change. We decided to pivot to a new narrative that was following the initial setup and allow communities to be built onchain. We needed to overcome multiple challenges including real time synchronisation and indexing, onchain bonding curve tuning, integration of multiple deployments while keeping the user friendly interface and non custodial.

We decided to learn good lessons from memecoins and apply a new concept of community first tokens based on our AMM hoping it could bring a new breath of fresh air to web3 gaming studios we are already closely working with.

Last but not least, I decided against a token raise as we didn't believe this model would favour the project long term and hence I decided to bootstrap until equity raise will be possible. Building such complex system was very straining on both the finances and energy but we are positive and full of believe for what we are building.
