Problems we solve:
An expense Management App
A marketplace for all the shops in each college campus
Inventory Management System for Shopowners
How we solve them:
(Expense Management System for Students)
Every user can track their spending in each shop on their campus
Incoming money from parents or a source of income can be tracked and logged
Budgeting and saving tips are customized according to your spending at each shop.
Give ratings to your experience at each shop and it will set your preferences for your expenses.
(Marketplace for all shops)
Every shop on the campus does not have tech like Sodexo.
What if we provide them with a similar tech and help them expand their business and side by side make things easier for students by taking the simple task of ordering online.
As soon as we order something from the app, it will record your expense and make a record for it and display it in your expense management tab.
(Inventory Management System)
The shop owners can track their most selling items, check all their purchase history, order their inventory through our app marketplace itself and optimize their spending according to the demand.
Overview: All in one marketplace hugely beneficial for both students and shop owners
The first challenge came during ideation when we did our SWOT analysis.
We got to know about the weakness of our web app that we have big competitors like Blinkit and Zepto. They have huge databases and good delivery infrastructure.
How we overcame it :
We differentiate ourselves from them by creating another dimension to our idea.
We include an Expense Management System for the students and streamline the process of ordering anything from Campus shops online.
We have an Inventory Management System for the Shop Owners which will give them a big incentive to use our app over the others as they run into inventory problems daily and Zepto or Blinkiit does not solve it, But We Do!
