Blind people usually depend on experience, smart sticks or some other people to help them in walking and avoiding obstacles.Also, they cannot be aware of sudden changes in the surroundings which makes it almost impossible to react to an instantaneous situation.We propose a system that helps blind people in recognising the object around them.It can be implemented by using tools like GPS service, Ultrasonic sensors and cameras that are placed on a blind person’s glasses. These tools are used to get necessary information around them.It uses a Real-Time approach for detecting the objects around them.
