The problem The Endless solves

The Endless PCOS tracker serves a crucial role in managing this hormonal disorder, addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals with PCOS. PCOS affects the reproductive system and can cause irregular periods, hormonal imbalances, and other symptoms like acne and excessive hair growth.

A PCOS tracker simplifies the complex task of monitoring menstrual cycles, ovulation, and associated symptoms. By recording and analyzing data such as menstrual flow and dietary habits, individuals can gain insights into their hormonal patterns. This information is valuable for predicting ovulation, managing fertility, and understanding the impact of lifestyle choices on PCOS symptoms.

Additionally, a PCOS tracker helps users keep track of medication schedules, ensuring timely intake of prescribed medications. It aids in monitoring physical activities and dietary intake, providing a holistic view of one's health. The diabetes and heart disease predictor uses ML to analyze the user's profile and make predictions with the input data.

Challenges we ran into

Our PCOS detector was facing issues with the ML model(Random Forest Classifier) we used and there is lack of knowledge about an accurate PCOS detector.Maybe we can develop it in the future after good amount of research.So we dropped the plan to develop it further.

It was the first time using figma so even building a simple navbar(grouped) required a lot of learning online.To maintain the aesthetics of the app,there were tiny things that had to be taken care of.We were not able to find exact icon required so need to know more about the plugins available.

It was fun to learn about ML models but when it comes to implementation predicting the best ML model for diabetes and heart disease was a tedious task.

Health apps requires verification from experts but due to time constraints we were not able to achieve that.(Also,mistook the deadline as 12 am rather than 12 pm till the end.)

We had planned to add more features to our app but again due to limited time could not fulfill our expectations.
