The problem The Electro-Spark Engine solves

The Electro-Spark Engine is a completely new technology to generate, store, retain, and supply energy to any electrical system. One of the major advantages of the Electro-Spark Engine is that it depends on the surface area instead of volume, therefore it can store more charge on larger bodies and can easily be integrated with bodies such as cars, trucks, buses, boats, submarines, aeroplanes, and even satellites. The Electro-Spark Engine takes extremely less time to charge unlike Lithium-ion batteries, as electrons themselves are used as charges instead of taking them out of atoms. This technology does not require any electrolytic chemical or rare earth metals to work and is environmentally friendly making it cost effective. We can charge this system using renewable resources and by using reverse earthing method making it pollution friendly. This device can also replace stationary battery systems used in houses, malls, society, etc. We can easily combine this technology with other generators such as ion generator. The Electro-Spark Engine can solve many problems faced by society today!

Challenges we ran into

One of the major challenge of this technology was to control the enormous charge generated by the system and how to extract it without causing any damage to the device connected with it. So to overcome this hurdle, we had to build a control circuit which managed all the charge passing through both the Van de Graaff's generator. We had to use two Van de Graaff's generator to produce a potential difference between them and extract the required output for the device. This technique also helps us overcome the issue faced by the control circuit to control high amount of electric charge and therefore, only has to take care of the potential difference between those two shells.
