This project offers a decentralized, transparent, and community-driven solution to charitable giving, creating an ecosystem where everyone—donors, campaigners, and volunteers—can contribute meaningfully and see the real-world results of their efforts.

The platform distinguishes itself through its decentralized approach, ensuring that every transaction is transparent and publicly verifiable. Donors can follow the journey of their contributions, tracking how and where their funds are allocated.

The Project restores the faith of people by showcasing its decentralized nature. People can now donate to causes and get notified precisely where their amount has been utilized. Unlike conventional websites, people can give themselves a pat on the back after realizing how well and precisely their funds have been used. They are continuously notified about the status of the cause. The Deeds Exchange makes it easier for the seekers to create their campaigns by completing simple steps for getting validated. We go beyond and help even the volunteering events to come on the platform and ask for volunteers. This ensures active participation from all the donors across the community.

Challenges we ran into

Connecting the wallet was a big hurdle and we overcame it using remix. Then, the designing of solidity contracts for user data was a challenge which, after countless trial and error, was solved by implementing a data pipeline which is similar to that of getting and posting APIs, in our case contracts which looks similar to that of RESTful APIs.
