The problem The Alchemist's Grimoire solves
This project is a medication- and wellness-management web app with an AI health assistant. It helps users track medicines and doses, monitor adherence and wellness over time, schedule reminders, view a dashboard/calendar of their regimen, and ask an AI (chat) for personalized, contextual guidance based only on their medication and wellness data.
Who benefits->
Many people take regular medications and want to:
remember to take doses on time, log adherence and symptoms, see how adherence relates to their wellbeing, manage prescriptions (add/edit/remove medicines), get gentle guidance when they miss doses or their wellness trends change, and have a private place storing this data.
This app solves that by combining:
Persistent dose scheduling & logging, Adherence tracking and wellness scoring, Reminders/notifications and calendar views, A chat UI backed by an AI assistant that uses the user's own dose + wellness data to give empathic, actionable replies.
Challenges we ran into
1.Notification to all the user in real time before and after the medicine scheduled time.
2.Edit/Delete Sync with google Calendar after the doses were added to the Calendar.
3.While using prompts in chat bot we faced 429(Quota, Rate) limit reached.
4.Alert on the basis of AI and retriggering of reminder depends on how much of weight is given to feature of dose is unknown.
5.While backend deployment on Render the NodeMailer is failing due to removal of free trail 15 days prior.
