Our AI-powered Tender Intelligence system solves this problem by automatically analyzing tender documents and extracting key information such as eligibility criteria, experience requirements, certifications, deadlines, and project scope.

Challenges we ran into

1. Extracting Structured Data from Messy OCR Text
   One of the biggest challenges was converting unstructured OCR text from tender PDFs into structured JSON data.
2. AI Hallucination in Legal Requirements
   Tender documents contain legal and contractual conditions, and sometimes the AI would infer requirements that were not explicitly mentioned.
3. Handling Multiple Tender Formats
   Different government departments publish tenders in different document formats. Some provide structured sections, while others mix eligibility, scope, and financial requirements throughout the document.
