Our problem revolves around the inefficiency and high costs of traditional human based teams.TeamSync.AI addresses these issues by offering autonomous teams with AI agents that can be seamlessly deployed and integrated, providing a cost effective, scalable, and efficient solution for agile team development and complete self sustained autonomous workflow.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest issue was figuring out how to integrate all the different AI teams together. Since, we built separate agents for all the teams - there were different formats for inputs and outputs at each stage and each had their own usecase. We wanted to give user the choice of personalising their team and also making specialised agents for all tasks instead of a generalised agent.
We solved this by making a "main manager" agent which can control all the other agents and gives us updates on how the overall workflow of the company is going without us needing to interact with the specialised teams.
