The problem TASS solves

To check if smart contracts are safe is often difficult, slow, and spread across many tools. Developers usually need to manually review code, compare trusted contracts, search for exploit history and verify that project claims actually match the code. Our project, SolidScan, simplifies this process by bringing everything into one workflow inside VS Code. It helps developers quickly spot compliance issues and security vulnerabilities before deployment, making smart contract reviews faster, easier and more trustworthy for both builders and users.

Challenges we ran into

One of our biggest challenges was choosing the right idea. We had many creative concepts, but we needed to focus on one that solved a real-world problem and could still be built within 48 hours. Another challenge was working with large datasets and combining many features into one smooth workflow during the fast-paced hackathon environment.
