As we know there is a lack of mental health awareness among people in society. India is emerging as the World's suicide capital so there is a strong need to take serious action against it. Many people do not receive the necessary support and treatment leading to negative consequences on their well-being productivity and overall quality of Life. One out of eight individuals suffers mental disorder.

Talking Minds is a directory of mental health resources, such as self-assessment tools, forums or discussion groups, consultancy sessions from experts, crisis support, educational resources and self-help resources, along with information about various mental health disorders.

An AI-driven bot that uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) technique to help users access their mental health and identify areas that may need attention. It “makes you feel heard”. Its self-help tools help you reframe your issues and see them in a different light.

Education
Helps you to understand and get a deeper insight into various Mental-health topics like Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Personality Disorder, etc in a unique way through story-telling.

Vent It Out!
It is a safe and supportive space for people to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences related to mental health. Whether you're looking for a place to vent your frustrations, seek support from others, or simply connect with others who understand what you're going through.

Consult
At our mental health consultancy, we offer counselling therapy sessions with licensed and verified experts who are committed to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for clients to discuss their mental health concerns.

Challenges we ran into

We faced a lot of challenges while making this website. The biggest problem was to make a user-engaging website so that users can have a great seamless experience. We thought of such features so that we can sustain the users for a longer period of time.
We also faced many errors and issues when we tried up deploy the website for Frontend & the Backend.
