The problem TalentSync solves

Additionally, cumbersome payment and communication methods impede seamless collaboration between freelancers and clients, while verifying freelancers' authenticity poses challenges for businesses in selecting suitable candidates for projects.

Our project, TalentSync, aims to revolutionize the freelance landscape by offering a decentralized platform that connects businesses with the most trusted and skilled freelance services. With the power of blockchain technology, TalentSync ensures transparent and secure transactions, eliminating the need for intermediaries and boosting trust in the freelance ecosystem.

TalentSync achieves this by utilizing the innovative concept of "Proof of Work as a Gig." Freelancers on TalentSync are required to provide evidence of their past work and accomplishments, serving as verifiable proof of their skills and expertise. This unique approach enhances trust between businesses and freelancers, allowing clients to make informed decisions when selecting the most suitable candidates for their projects.

The freelancer is required to create an acccount and register on the platform.After registering,he/she can post Gigs or advertise services/content on the platform and suitable skills and price for it.The seller can visit the marketplace of the platform and buy the services on the platform,as well as chat to the Freelancer to bargain.Thus providing an open and transparent platform for Freelancers to connect to their new business.

Optimizing the performance of the application by minimizing the usage of blocking operations ,implementing Socket.io,Implementing Tally
