The problem Talent Trail solves

The problem statement revolves around the challenges faced by both students and employers in the recruitment process.

For students, the issues include the repetitive task of filling the same Google forms for different job applications, a lack of awareness about their weaknesses in the application process, and a desire for a fair evaluation based on merit.

Employers, on the other hand, encounter difficulties in the lengthy process of shortlisting candidates, facing overheads as company employees conduct interviews, and dealing with the lack of standardization and potential bias in traditional candidate assessments, which may overlook qualified talent.

The overall goal is to address these challenges and streamline the recruitment process for both parties.
