Items deemed repairable move to the repair phase, where they are refurbished and prepared for resale. Finally, products that are beyond repair enter the recycle stage, ensuring proper and environmentally responsible disposal of unusable components. The architecture is designed for scalability and efficiency. It includes user interfaces, databases, and APIs. These components facilitate seamless e-waste management. Our facility make the the people easy to sell theri products on our website.

Challenges we ran into
One major hurdle we encountered while building our project was accurately collecting and categorizing e-waste data from users. Initially, we underestimated how diverse and unstructured e-waste entries could be — users entered items with vague names like "old box", "broken device", or just "junk". This made it difficult to assess whether the item was repairable, recyclable, or hazardous. How we can overcome it:-To fix this, we implemented a smart form with predefined categories (e.g., phones, laptops, home appliances) and added auto-suggestions as users typed. We also included image upload functionality to help with better identification. On the backend, we created a lightweight classifier to tag items based on keywords and photo metadata, which improved accuracy significantly.
By improving the input flow and backend processing, we made the system much more reliable, and user contributions became more meaningful — helping us scale the repair and recycling workflow effectively
And one of the challange is ho can can earn people trust because there alwaysa a reliability factor is present in user mind while selling their old phone and laptops because their personal data is present in the device so we can improve this by gaining the people trust and providing them a valuable work and facility for gaining theri trust. we provide them a time to time information for their product until their product is fully recycled.
