Creative teams in live performance production struggle with scattered workflows — performers capture ideas separately, writers structure scripts offline, directors plan shows manually, and developers work in isolation. Our project solves this by providing an AI-powered collaborative platform where all roles work together in real time — capturing ideas, expanding scripts, sequencing acts, and building interactive elements — all within one integrated, role-flexible system.
Challenges we ran into
Real-Time Collaboration: Ensuring smooth, lag-free co-editing and communication between multiple users.
AI Integration: Seamlessly embedding AI tools (summarization, expansion, speech-to-text) without compromising accuracy or speed.
Role Management: Handling dynamic role-switching while maintaining correct permissions and dashboard views.
