The problem Swype solves

Now that the lockdown has forced everyone to stay at and work from home, the employment landscape has changed. The employers don't need to meet the employees in-person to employ them. Swype takes it to another level, now you can just find your new employer or your new employee according to your skillsets and requirements by just swiping around.
