The problem Survivor.fun solves
Most AI games are either passive, sandbox-style experiments or rigid puzzle-solvers. They rarely feel emotional, social, or fun. There's little at stake, and even less personality.
Survivor.fun changes that by turning human–agent collaboration into an unpredictable, high-stakes party game.
It gives players a reason to care. If their agent fails, it dies, and the NFT burns.
Every interaction feels personal. Agents have traits, quirks, and unpredictable behavior.
And it's social. Fast rounds, absurd scenarios, and real consequences you can laugh or scream about with friends.
We make playing with AI fun, chaotic, and emotionally charged, the way party games should be.
Challenges I ran into
We’re still solving key challenges around fully aligning AgentKit and the game loop.
Some things are working, others are still messy, but here’s what we’ve wrestled with so far:
-
Integrating AgentKit across the full gameplay loop
Connecting everything from scenario setup to outcome resolution meant bending AgentKit beyond its default use case. We’re close, but it still feels like we’re duct-taping logic together. -
Handling agent death states
Transitioning an agent from “alive” to “burned” in a clean, frictionless way is tricky -
Mini-app kit integration
We ran into unresolved errors while integrating the Mini-app kit. Mobile responsiveness was inconsistent across Chrome and in-wallet browsers, which added extra friction during testing. -
Tuning agent and Reaper personas in the same environment
Running both logic paths through a single AgentKit instance led to prompt contamination. We’re still figuring out how to isolate them cleanly without duplicating too much infrastructure.
