The problem Survey Bot for Faculty Feedback for IGDTUW Faculty solves

The problem was that the faculty was failing to know about their performance from every student and this chatbot is providing a platform where every student can share their feedback of their faculty In an interactive way . This chatbot provides an interactive method for taking surveys and people can use it to generate revenue and grow their business and can communicate with their customers in an interactive way. We can store the informations in storage database rather than doing it manually. This is being used in marketing of the products. Chatbot feedback surveys collect data around opinions of users' interactions with chatbots. This survey should be delivered after a user has interacted with a chatbot to evaluate how successful the conversation was and identify areas to improve the experience. It understands the nuances of human conversation and realizes that commands or queries made by users do not need to be so specific. Chatbots, infused with NLP, simulate human-like conversation and decode user intent to generate intelligent replies.

Challenges we ran into

There were certain options such as preview and design options which were not there when we sign up the website first and gradually we made the project completely out there but we want to made some changes in designs and want to run the project but that was not working without those options. The problem was solved when we made another Email ID through which all of team members can access and sign up the website again with this Email ID and get accessed by all those options which was not there earlier and made the project again from the beginning. In this way we came out of this problem.
