Challenges we ran into

1. Time Pressure: Hackathons are notorious for their tight schedules. Balancing speed and quality was a constant challenge.

Solution: We adopted an agile approach, setting clear daily goals and staying organized using project management tools like Trello. This helped us stay on track and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

2. Communication: Effective communication was crucial, especially with our diverse skill levels and different responsibilities.

Solution: We established a dedicated communication channel on Slack, where Vedansh and Devanshe discussed progress, shared updates, and addressed any roadblocks promptly. This streamlined communication ensured everyone was on the same page.

3. Technical Challenges - Vedansh: Creating the SignUp page in React presented its set of challenges.

Solution: Vedansh embraced these challenges head-on, diving deep into React to develop a user-friendly and efficient SignUp page. He also provided guidance and mentorship to Bandita, assisting her in grasping React concepts and coding practices.

4. Technical Challenges - Devanshe: Devanshe played a pivotal role in crafting the Home page.

Solution: Devanshe's dedication and expertise in React were instrumental in ensuring a cohesive user experience. She collaborated closely with Vedansh to align the Home page's design with the SignUp page's functionality.

5. Backend Integration: Suraj was responsible for connecting our webpages to the backend, which required close collaboration with the frontend teams.
