Challenges I ran into

One major challenge was managing multiple APIs and endpoints, especially while integrating services like Twilio. During deployment, I faced several issues such as redirect URL mismatches and endpoint misconfigurations. Coordinating these across development and production environments required careful debugging and URL management to ensure everything worked smoothly.

Progress made before hackathon

A basic version of the GitHub chat feature existed before, but the full implementation was completed during the hackathon.

The RAG component alone was already built before the hackathon.
