Decentralized Payments: Leverages Web3 to ensure direct payments from viewers to streamers, eliminating middlemen.

Challenges I ran into

Real-Time Blockchain Event Listening:
Integrating real-time superchat updates from blockchain transactions was tricky. Polling was too slow and resource-intensive.
Solution: Implemented WebSocket-based listeners with ethers.js to monitor smart contract events, ensuring instant updates to the OBS overlay.

OBS Overlay Rendering Issues:
Browser sources in OBS sometimes didn’t render animations or updates smoothly.
Solution: Optimized the overlay templates using lightweight HTML, CSS animations, and minimal JavaScript. Used caching techniques to avoid reloading assets unnecessarily.
