SummerKit is a Boilerplate for Base to easily start creating dApps with support for Coinbase Smart Wallet using Next.js, Dynamic, Wagmi, Shadcn, and Tailwind CSS.
The problem SummerKit solves
SummerKit will be a list of various boilerplates with different stacks to better suit all types of builders. It will include a list of common hooks to teach good practices and facilitate the most annoying parts of building.
With this said it aims to be a starting point for Onchain Builders to easily start building.
Challenges I ran into
As a dev, I often struggle with the simpler things, while I usually find my way around the more complex ones. For example, with this particular boilerplate, I was having difficulties achieving the layout I wanted. It turned out that all I needed to do was add a flex-grow class to my children components, ahah.
