The problem Summer Journey and Contributions solves

I uploaded the code of conducts in the projects of TrendTrove,Jarvis and AISnippingTool and updated the contributing.md in the privateping and PetMe projects. Also I had updated the Readme.md file in the AISnippingTool by removing some images and highlighting portions. Adding code of conduct files ensures harmony and no conflicts in the repositories with rules and regulations while contributing.md file is important as it marks down information and instructions for users on how to contribute successfully into a repository. Readme file is like a face to the repository through which contributors come to know about the project, so editing to desired level is required.

Challenges I ran into

There was not much challenges I ran into as I mostly did documentation work in these submissions where I just needed to create markdown files and put up the respective documentations, but I faced challenges while updating the Readme file where I didn't got for initial moments which points to highlight and edit the rest of things, otherwise which it was just a memorable journey.
