The problem StuMaP : Student Management Portal solves

Problem 1 : College websites are a must but the lack of technical background leads to financial loss or low quality work. So creating an easy interface for college administration, so that they generate and deploy their website just with a few clicks.
Problem 2 : Lack of communication portal between college administration and students. Today, mostly communication happens either on WhatsApp or through the class representative. Even when an important update has to circulated, it takes time to reach everyone. A website can be a great help in the scenario but the problem is dependency on a skilled person to update the website. We solved this by giving each website our product generates an unique email, College authorities can add their emails to a whitelist. If the website gets an email from a person in the whitelist, it pushes the message in email to the notification panel.
Problem 3: We don't have a proper feedback system for the faculty in our colleges, due to which many problems of the students remain unseen. We integrated a feedback system in our websites to provide the students with an interface to provide feedback and the teachers to visualize their feedback over a particular course of time. This feedback system uses machine learning classifiers to check for foul language both in Hindi and English, so that only the relevant comments reach the faculty.
Problem 4: Students need notes. Why not provide them notes on the college website itself? Notes that are fine tuned for their syllabus, using OCR we filter out the topics of a syllabus pdf. Then a bit complex process creates a rich feed relevant to each topic of our syllabus and that too automatically.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest hurdle we managed to cross while building this product was creating a content feed that is relevant to the syllabus. As we aimed to create a generic content creator, it was difficult to handle all different syllabus writing formats.
Still we managed to find similarities and solved this bug.
