Analyzing a student’s performance during their course of study is crucial for increasing the chances of employability. Employers are demanding graduates who are competent in specific discipline knowledge and have the generic skills to cope with the ever-changing work environment. In response to this challenge, there is a growing trend in higher education with regard to the integration of graduate attributes in undergraduate programmes. Graduates must be able to solve problems, communicate effectively, work in teams and think creatively, and possess sound information technology skills. 12 Graduate Attributes described by the NBA can be used as appropriate parameters to judge the knowledge and skills of an individual. Graduate attributes are of immense importance for the students, as well as their respective institute, which needs to be achieved during a students’ full course of academics to ensure his/her development as an Ideal Graduate. National Board of Accreditation, India has suggested 12 such graduate attributes which helps students in attainment of educational and program outcomes (POs). The project summarized in the report aims at providing an effective way of tracking, analyzing and visualizing the overall academic as well as extra-curricular development of the student. Proposed is a model that produces graduate attributes scores based on the activities performed by a student in his full course of graduation as well as his/her academic performance. The system also provides recommendations for the students in order to achieve all the graduate attributes and a progress tracking system wherein students can visualize their so far progress in the form of graph, charts and tables. It presents a simple but efficient way of students and faculty together to help students to buildout their skill-set for making them an optimal candidate for any engineering job and make them industry ready.
